The Senate Judiciary Committee hearing scheduled for Thursday to receive testimony from Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, is tenuous.

By a twenty-point margin, the latest Fox News poll says registered voters in the United States support a delay in confirming Kavanaugh until hearings are held. Yet the Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) insists that he will push forward anyhow.

McConnell says from the floor of the upper chamber, “Judge Kavanaugh will be voted on here on the Senate floor. Up or down. This fine nominee to the Supreme Court will receive a vote in this Senate in the near future.”

Now, on top of the two women who have come forward accusing Kavanaugh, Michael Avenatti, the lawyer for Stephanie Clifford aka Stormy Daniels tells of another client bearing discordant imputations against Kavanaugh. Avenatti says she will go public tomorrow.

Avenati tweets:

“I represent a woman with credible information regarding Judge Kavanaugh and Mark Judge. We will be demanding the opportunity to present testimony to the committee and will likewise be demanding that Judge and others be subpoenaed to testify. The nomination must be withdrawn.”
