Defense department official defends Trump’s diversion of $3.6 billion to the border wall

CAPITOL HILL – TMN interviewed Charles E. Summers Jr., principal deputy assistant to the secretary of defense for public affairs, about President Donald Trump’s diversion of $3.6 billion from defense department projects at home and abroad to the southern border wall.
