Chief methodologist at the Urban Institute says polling data is not designed to predict outcomes

Ron Santos, vice president and chief methodologist at the Urban Institute, tells TMN that polling data is not designed to predict outcomes, but is meant to show point-in-time data. Furthermore, he says that he would not trust any polling data’s ability to predict if the spread is less than double-digits.
