THE WHITE HOUSE – President Donald Trump was greeted by his audience in the Rose Garden with a “Happy Birthday” song on Friday afternoon and then introduced his new health-care plan that promises low costs, no mandate, coverage for pre-existing conditions and more choices.

Trump says his health-care plan is better than Obamacare and asks Democrats to support ending the Affordable Care Act.

Trump says:

Trump promoted the Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) plan. An HRA is a type of U.S. employer-funded health benefit plan that reimburses employees for out-of-pocket medical expenses and, in limited cases, health insurance plan premiums.
