Capitol Hill – Tuesday, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer spoke of Virginia Senator Tim Kaine’s War Powers Resolution, designed to limit President Donald Trump’s unilateral power to make war with Iran after he had ordered a drone strike on Iranian Quds Force commander, Maj. Gen. Qasem Soleimani. The resolution affirms Congress’ sole right to make war.
Senator Kaine said his resolution as enough bipartisan support to pass after it ripens Sunday.
